摘 要:从道路密度、道路面积率、人均道路面积、车均道路面积、公园个数和公园面积六个方面入手,构建了城市规划实施评价指标体系,运用物元模型和熵权法定量评估了中国31个省市的城市规划实施情况,得到如下结论:辽宁省、江苏省、山东省和广东省规划实施的综合评价等级为优秀;四川省、浙江省、福建省和云南省规划实施的综合评价等级为良好;黑龙江省、吉林省和安徽省等其规划实施的综合评价等级为一般。物元模型和熵权法在城市规划实施的定量评价方面具有一定的优势,评价等级客观地反映出中国城市规划实施的实际,评价方法为同类研究提供了参考。Using matter-element model and entropy model,through the entropy weight method,this paper evaluated the urban planning situations of 31 Chinese provinces and cities.Evaluations are based on six specific aspects,i.e.road density,road area ratio,road area per capita,vehicle average road area,number of parks,and park area.Based on the calculated correlations of 31 Chinese provinces and cities,results have showed three different comprehensive evaluation and urban planning levels,i.e.excellent,good and ordinary.The following conclusions:Liaoning,Jiangsu,Shandong and Guangdong’s comprehensive evaluation and urban planning levels are excellent;Sichuan,Zhejiang,Fujian and Yunnan’s comprehensive evaluation and urban planning levels are good;Heilongjiang,Gilin and Anhui’s comprehensive evaluation and urban planning levels are ordinary.Matter-element model and entropy method have certain advantages in the quantitative evaluation of urban planning implementation.The evaluation grade objectively reflects the reality of urban planning implementation in China,the evaluation method provides a reference for similar studies.
