水胶体敷料联合造口保护粉用于失禁性皮炎的临床护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨水胶体敷料联合造口保护粉用于失禁性皮炎的临床护理效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年11月于本院就诊的78例失禁性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组给予常规失禁性皮肤护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用水胶体敷料联合造口保护粉。比较两组护理效果、疼痛缓解时间、皮损愈合时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意情况。结果:观察组护理总有效率为92.31%高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解与皮损愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.13%低于对照组的23.07%(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为97.44%高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体敷料联合造口保护粉用于失禁性皮炎患者临床护理中,能够促进症状改善,加快皮损愈合、疼痛缓解,预防并发症。Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing effect of hydrocolloid dressing combined with stoma protective powder for incontinence dermatitis.Method:A total of 78 patients with incontinence dermatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to November 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,39 patients in each group.The control group was given routine incontinence skin care,and the observation group was given hydrocolloidal dressing combined with stoma protection powder on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,pain relief time,skin wound healing time,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of nursing was 92.31%in the observation group was higher than 74.36%in the control group(P<0.05).The pain relief and skin wound healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.13%lower than 23.07%of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.44%higher than 79.49%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hydrocolloid dressing combined with stoma protective powder is used in clinical nursing of patients with incontinence dermatitis,which can promote the improvement of symptoms,accelerate the healing of skin wound,relieve pain,and prevent complications.
