摘　　要：通过研究政府诚信与城商行发展的互动作用机理,发现政府诚信对城商行发展的作用存在着直接作用和间接作用两个渠道,但同时城商行也通过限制地方政府投融资行为和跨区经营弱化政府干预这两个主要途径,对政府诚信产生一定的反向作用。同时,以辽宁的政府信用指数和城商行的经营绩效做实证分析,实证发现,地方政府信用指数与城商行贷款规模、城商行贷款效益存在着正向关系,与城商行贷款风险存在着负向关系。The paper studies the interaction mechanism between government credibility and the development of city commercial banks.There are two channels for the development of city commercial banks:direct and indirect.City commercial banks also restrict the local government s investment and financing behavior and weaken the government s intervention through cross regional operation,which has a certain effect on the government s credibility.At the same time,by the empirical analysis of Liaoning s government credit index and urban commercial bank s operating performance,it is found that there is a positive correlation between local government credit index and urban commercial bank s loan scale,urban commercial bank s loan benefit,and a negative relationship between local government credit index and urban commercial bank s loan risk.
