摘 要:基于正交试验设计,通过两步序贯试验法,研究了薄膜加工温度、薄膜厚度、薄膜存储温度及其相互之间的交互作用对薄膜有机爽滑剂芥酸酰胺析出性的影响。薄膜爽滑剂析出越多,薄膜动摩擦因子越小。通过全因子正交试验和响应曲面正交试验,揭示了薄膜加工温度、薄膜厚度、薄膜存储温度及其相互之间的交互作用对薄膜动摩擦因子的影响效应,发现薄膜加工温度对薄膜动摩擦因子没有显著影响,而薄膜厚度、薄膜存储温度、薄膜厚度的平方项、薄膜存储温度与薄膜厚度的两因子交互作用项对薄膜动摩擦因子有显著影响。The study is based on an orthogonal experimental design to study the influence of film processing temperature,film thickness,film storage temperature and their interactions on the precipitation of film organic slip agent erucamide through a two-step sequential test method.The more the film slip agent is deposited,the smaller the dynamic friction factor of the film.Through the full factor orthogonal test and response surface orthogonal test,the influence effects of the film processing temperature,film thickness,film storage temperature and their interactions on the dynamic friction factor of the film was studied.It is found that the film processing temperature has no effect on the dynamic friction factor of the film,while film thickness,film storage temperature,film thickness square term,the two-factor interaction term of film storage temperature and film thickness had significant effect on the dynamic friction factor of the film.
