摘　　要：据统计截止2019年末,中国常驻人口城镇化率达到60.60%,乡村人口数量为55162万,全国农民工总量为29077万,这意味着中国的城镇化仍有较长的一段路要走。农业现代化不仅是农业发展问题,而且是农民福利增加和农村和谐稳定问题。中国的农业现代化必须回应小农户的生产和生活需要,为留守村庄的农民提供基本的就业和收入,并逐步解决小农户与社会化大生产之间的矛盾。《农业现代化的中国道路与关中实践》一书在对关中平原的农业农村发展进行案例研究的基础上,结合宏观数据分析,提出一种“以家庭经营为基础、社会化服务为保障”的统分结合的中国特色社会主义农业现代化道路。The number of rural population is 551.62 million,and the total number of migrant workers in China is 290.77 million,which means that China’s urbanization still has a long way to go.Agricultural modernization is not only a problem of agricultural development,but also a problem of increasing farmers’welfare and rural harmony and stability.China’s agricultural modernization must respond to the production and living needs of small farmers,provide basic employment and income for the left-behind farmers,and gradually solve the contradiction between small farmers and large-scale socialized production.Based on the case study of the agricultural and rural development in Guanzhong Plain,combined with macro data analysis,the book“the Chinese road of agricultural modernization and Guanzhong practice”puts forward a road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,which is based on family management and guaranteed by social services.
