摘 要:20世纪70年代免疫组织化学技术开始应用于病理诊断,发展到今天,免疫组织化学检测在临床病理诊断中已成为重要的技术手段,尤其在疑难病例的病理诊断和鉴别诊断工作中发挥着极为重要的作用。但为了确保免疫组化技术操作结果的准确性,必须实行可靠的质量控制和标准化的操作。全自动免疫组织化学染色机的使用有利于规范化操作,使流程更加标准化,解决了部分问题,但在抗原修复环节仍有许多不同意见,该文就免疫组化技术操作环节中的抗原修复标准化进行综述。In the 1970s,immunohistochemistry technology began to be used in pathological diagnosis.Today,immunohistochemistry detection has become an important technical means in clinical pathological diagnosis,especially in the pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of difficult cases.However,in order to ensure the accuracy of immunohistochemistry results,reliable quality control and standardized operation must be carried out.The use of automatic immunohistochemical staining machine is beneficial to standardize the operation,make the process more standardized,and solve some problems.However,there are still many different opinions in the antigen repair process.This paper summarized the standardization of antigen repair in the operation process of immunohistochemistry technology as follows.
