盘龙灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床效果及对CRH、ACTH、CORT的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨盘龙灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)的临床效果及对促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CORT)的影响。方法:选取本院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的80例CFS患者,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用盘龙灸治疗,对照组采用电针治疗。比较两组治疗前后疲劳量表-14(fatigue scale-14,FS-14)、疲劳评定量表(fatigue assessment instrument,FAI)、CRH、ACTH、CORT及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组FS-14与FAI评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRH、ACTH及CORT均高于治疗前,且治疗组CRH与CORT均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盘龙灸治疗CFS效果确切,可调节CRH、ACTH及CORT水平,改善疲劳程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Panlong moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and its influence on corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH),adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH),cortisol (CORT).Method:A total of 80 patients with CFS treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,40 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Panlong moxibustion,while the control group was treated with electroacupuncture.The scores of fatigue scale-14 (FS-14),fatigue assessment instrument (FAI),CRH,ACTH,CORT before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,FS-14 and FAI scores in two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,CRH,ACTH and CORT in two groups were higher than those of before treatment,and the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Panlong moxibustion has a definite effect in the treatment of CFS.It can regulate the levels of CRH,ACTH and CORT,and improve the degree of fatigue.It is worthy of clinical application.
