摘  要:人工智能技术与产业的融合正快速改变着人们既有的生产生活方式,对技术技能人才的素质、能力结构将产生重大影响。人工智能时代,泛在学习、碎片化学习、个性化学习将成为新常态,现有的高职教育教学体系已无法与之相适应,需要高职教育重构学生的能力结构,重构优质的数字化教学资源、教学评价和教学管理体制以及教师的能力和素养。The integration of artificial intelligence technology and industry is rapidly changing people’s existing production method and life style,which will have a significant impact on the quality and ability of technical talents.In the era of artificial intelligence,ubiquitous learning,fragmented learning,and personalized learning will become the new normal.The existing teaching system of higher vocational education can no longer adapt to it.Higher vocational education needs to reconstruct students’ability structure,reconstruct high-quality digital teaching resources,teaching evaluation and teaching management system,as well as teachers’ability and quality.
