摘 要:目的评估新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情对我国医患关系的影响及医务工作者感动我国人民群众的程度.方法2020年2月18日至2020年3月11日通过“问卷星”平台,采用横断面研究,对问卷进行结构化设计并开展调查.结果共收集9891份问卷,有效率99.78%;疫情发生后,完全尊重和信任医务工作者的比例分别由38.84%上升至61.15%、28.59%上升至35.53%,除地区分布外,其他人口学特征人群对医务人员的尊重和信任程度均增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超过40%调查对象不认同医务工作者是服务行业,特别是疫情发生后,48.9%调查对象完全不认同该观点,18.82%调查对象对该观点的认同程度降低,各人口学特征人群对该观点的认同程度降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);各亚组人群以被医务工作者感动程度上升为主,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在COVID-19疫情中,医务工作者通过牺牲和奉献营造了良好的医患氛围,COVID-19疫情或能成为改善医患关系的契机.Objective To evaluate the influence of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)on doctor-patient relationship in China and the extent to which medical workers moved the Chinese people.Methods From February 18 to March 11,2020,a cross-sectional study was conducted to structural design and investigate powered by www.wjx.cn(a plaform providing functions equivalent to Amazon Mechanical Turk).Results A total of 9891 questionnaires were collected with an effective rate of 99.78%.After the outbreak of the epidemic,the proportion of fully respecting and trusting medical workers increased from 38.84%to61.15%and 28.59%to 35.53%,respectively.Except the regional distribution,the respect and trust for medical workers among other demographic groups increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).More than 40%of the respondents did not agree that medical worker were service industry,especially after the outbreak of the epidemic,48.9%of the population totally did not agree with this viewpoint,18.82%of the population had a lower degree of identification with this viewpoint,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The majority of the subgroups were moved by medical workers,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the COVID-19 epidemic,medical workers created a good doctor-patient atmosphere with sacrifices and dedication.The COVID-19 epidemic may provide an opportunity to improve doctor-patient relationship.
