浮刺联合巨刺针法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效及对ET-1和CGRP水平影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨浮刺联合巨刺针法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效及对ET-1、CGRP水平影响。方法:选取2017年12月—2018年12月我院收治的脑卒中后肩手综合征患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予巨刺针疗法,治疗组于对照组基础上给予浮刺疗效,对比治疗后的临床疗效、Barthel指数、VAS评分、SF-36量表评分及ET-1、CGRP水平。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分显著降低,Barthel指数显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度较大(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生理功能、情感功能及社会功能评分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用浮刺联合巨刺针法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征具有较好临床疗效,能够改善患者Barthel指数及ET-1、CGRP水平,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of superficial needling combined with opposing needling on post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)and its influence to the levels of ET-1 and CGRP.Methods:100 patients with post-stroke SHS were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the treatment group(n=50).The control group was treated with opposing needling;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with superficial needling.The clinical efficacy,Barthel indexes,VAS scores,SF-36 scale scores and the levels of ET-1 and CGRP were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores were significantly decreased and Barthel indexes were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the changes in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,emotional function and social function were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);the increases were more significant in the treatment group.Conclusion:Superficial needling combined with opposing needling has a good clinical effect on post-stroke SHS,it can improve the Barthel indexes and the levels of ET-1 and CGRP,which is worthy of clinical application.
