基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的选穴规律

摘　　要：目的:收集整理2014—2019年近代期刊中以针灸为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的期刊文献,分析其临床选穴规律及特点,探索其高频腧穴以及穴位之间的关联关系。方法:检索文献,对入选的文献进行规范化处理,提取相关信息、建立EXCEL表,应用开源软件包R3.5.3对数据进行分析。结果:纳入共183例文献,涉及腧穴83个,主要以风池、夹脊穴、百会及天柱为主;涉及经脉以督脉为主,频数达235次;选穴主要以头颈部和四肢部为主,多选用交会穴和五输穴;配伍及关联规则方面,主要以风池为基本,进行搭配和关联。结论:运用关联规则挖掘技术,能够较好的揭示近年来针灸为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的选穴规律,为临床治疗提供确实可行的选择。Objective:To analyze the acupoints selection rules and to explore the relationship between high-frequency acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustuion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy(CSA),by collecting and sorting out the related literatures of modern journals from 2014 to 2019.Methods:Literature was retrieved,the selected documents were processed normatively,relevant information was extracted,EXCEL table was established,and data were analyzed by open source software package R3.5.3.Results:A total of 183 literatures were included,involving 83 acupoints,mainly including Fengchi(GB20),Jiaji points,Baihui(DU20)and Tianzhu(BL10);the main channel involved was Du meridian,with a frequency of 235 times;the main acupoints were mainly located in head,neck and extremities,mostly were confluent acupoints and five-shu acupoints;in terms of the compatibility and association rules,GB20 was the basic point.Conclusion:Using association rule mining technology can better reveal the regularity of acupoint selection in the treatment of CSA by acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years,the study provides a feasible choice for clinical treatment.
