摘　　要：文章以《学校图书馆指南(第二版)》为样本,通过与我国最新发布的《中小学图书馆(室)规程》(2018版)进行比较,从适用范围、结构框架、图书馆的性质与任务、图书馆保障和经费支持、图书馆人力资源、图书馆实体和数字资源、图书馆服务与活动、图书馆评估和公共关系等方面对两者进行对比分析,归纳总结二者异同,以期为我国中小学图书馆发展提供有益借鉴。The paper takes the School Library Guidelines(2 nd edition)as a sample,compares and analyzes it with the newly released Regulations for Primary and Secondary School Libraries(Rooms)(2018 Edition)in China from the aspects of application scope,structural framework,nature and task of library,guarantee and financial support of library,human resources of library,physical and digital resources of library,library services and activities,library evaluation and public relations,as well as summarizes the similarities and differences between them,aiming to provide useful references for the development of primary and secondary school libraries in China.
