摘　　要：文章基于信息生态视角对政府数据开放中的信息生态紊乱现象进行反思,对政府数据开放中的数据安全和隐私保护问题进行深入剖析,并从顶层架构、平台支持、技术支撑和保障机制四个方面提出政府数据开放过程中数据安全和隐私保护的应对策略。Based on the perspective of information ecology,the paper reflects on the information ecology disorder phenomenon in government data opening,makes an in-depth analysis of the problems of data security and privacy protection in government data opening,and puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects top-level architecture,platform support,technical support and guarantee mechanism.
