摘  要:以4种不同的正银浆料为研究对象,通过流变仪测试和印刷实验,对不同浆料的流变性能进行分析,并对浆料印刷结果进行检测和实验验证。研究结果表明:含有聚酰胺蜡触变剂的浆料的流变性能和印刷性能最佳。浆料流变性能与印刷窗口的对应性关系体现为:在模拟印刷中高剪切下的复合模量G~*值越小,浆料的透网性越好,印刷窗口越宽,适应的印刷条件越广。浆料的触变性与回复性数值越高,栅线的高宽比越大。Front silver paste of solar cell was prepared by different thixotropic agents.The rheological properties of the different silver paste were analyzed by rheometer testing and verified by screen printing experiments.Results show that front silver paste prepared by polyamide wax has the best rheological properties and printing results.The relationships of rheological properties and printing window are as follows:the smaller the G~*in the high shear state of the simulated printing is,the better the permeability of the paste and the wider the printing window is,which can adqpt the d:Herent print conditions.In addition,the better thixotropy and resilience of paste is,the higher the aspect ratio of the grid line is.
