摘　　要：目的:研究患者需求导向的临床护理路径对以角膜缘为基底的手法小切口白内障手术患者的影响,为临床患者的护理提供依据。方法:选择2018年11月-2019年9月笔者所在医院收治的60例白内障患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予围手术期常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予患者需求导向的临床护理路径进行护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:两组术前视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周两组视力均高于术前,且研究组视力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者需求导向的临床护理路径能够有效提高以角膜缘为基底的手法小切口白内障手术治疗患者的手术治疗效果,值得临床推广运用。Objective:To study the influence of patients’demand-oriented clinical nursing path on patients undergoing cataract surgery with small incision based on limbal,and to provide basis for clinical patients’nursing.Method:A total of 60 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,the control group was given perioperative routine nursing,and the study group was given patients’demand-oriented clinical nursing path on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05),one week after surgery,the visual acuity in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the visual acuity in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the study group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients’demand-oriented clinical nursing path can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of small incision cataract surgery based on corneal limbus,which is worthy of clinical application.
