摘　　要：目的:通过对急性肾损伤向慢性肾脏病转化患者加强应用自我管理模式护理干预后的研究,评价患者自我管理水平、生活质量和肾功能指标水平的变化价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年7月在本院肾内科收住院的80例急性肾损伤向慢性肾脏病转化患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采用传统护理管理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上再加应用自我管理模式行护理干预管理,对比两组在出院前的自我管理能力和生活质量,同时对比两组干预前后的肾功水平。结果:干预后试验组自我管理能力、生活质量及肾功能各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用自我管理模式对急性肾损伤向慢性肾脏病转化患者进项护理干预,能提高患者对疾病的管理能力及生活质量,且在一定程度上能减缓肾脏病的进展,提高治疗效果。Objective:To strengthen the application of self-management model nursing intervention for patients with acute kidney injury transforming into chronic kidney disease,and evaluated the changes in patients’self-management level,quality of life and renal function indicators.Method:Eighty patients with acute kidney injury transforming into chronic kidney disease who were admitted to the hospital for nephrology from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing management mode,and the experimental group applied self-management mode to the nursing intervention management based on the control group,the self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups before discharge were compared,and renal function levels before and after intervention in the two groups of patients was compared.Result:The experimental group’s self-management ability,quality of life and renal function indicators after intervention were better than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of self-management mode to the intervention of patients with acute kidney injury transforming into chronic kidney disease can improve patients’ability to manage diseases and quality of life,and to a certain extent can slow the progression of kidney disease,improve the clinical value of treatment effects.
