摘  要:目的:探讨在介入治疗中切割球囊对冠状动脉分支血管的保护作用。方法:选择100例2019年5月-2020年4月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,将其随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用普通球囊预扩张治疗,观察组采用普通球囊联合切割球囊治疗。比较两组手术效果、分支受累情况及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组手术总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后分支受累情况、围手术期不良事件发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在介入治疗中切割球囊对冠状动脉分支血管保护作用的临床效果显著,安全性高,可推广。Objective:To explore the protective effect of cutting balloon on coronary artery branch vessels in interventional therapy.Method:A total of 100 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with common balloon predilation,while the observation group was treated with common balloon combined with cutting balloon.The operation effect,branch involvement and perioperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of operation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative branch involvement and incidence of perioperative adverse events in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the interventional therapy,the protective effect of cutting balloon on coronary artery branch vessels is significant,the safety is high,and it can be popularized.
