注射用血塞通联合双嘧达莫治疗老年重型颅脑损伤术后并发小腿肌间静脉丛血栓的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用血塞通联合双嘧达莫治疗老年重型颅脑损伤术后并发小腿肌间静脉丛血栓的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月阳新县人民医院收治的68例老年重型颅脑损伤术后并发小腿肌间静脉丛血栓患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组予以双嘧达莫治疗,观察组予以注射用血塞通联合双嘧达莫治疗。比较两组治疗期间血小板、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平及临床效果。结果:观察组治疗期间血小板、D-二聚体及纤维蛋白原水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为85.29%,高于对照组的61.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年重型颅脑损伤术后并发小腿肌间静脉丛血栓患者采用注射用血塞通联合双嘧达莫具有显著临床效果。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuesaitong Injection combined with Dipyridamole in the treatment of postoperative muscular calf venous thrombosis in elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 68 elderly patients with muscular calf venous thrombosis after severe craniocerebral injury surgery,who admitted to Yangxin County People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dipyridamole,while the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong Injection combined with Dipyridamole.Platelet,D-dimer,fibrinogen levels and clinical effect were compared between the two groups during treatment.Result:During treatment,platelet,D-dimer and fibrinogen levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 85.29%,which was significantly higher than 61.76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xuesaitong Injection and Dipyridamole has significant clinical effects in the treatment of postoperative muscular calf venous thrombosis in elderly patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
