摘  要:目的:探讨在特需病区对慢性病患者提供标准化健康教育服务,对患者掌握相关疾病知识和建立健康生活方式的影响,并评价满意度和健康教育合格率。方法:采用历史对照研究方法,将2019年9月1日-12月31日在笔者所在医院特需病房住院的慢性病患者36例设为对照组,给予传统健康教育,将2020年1月1日-4月30日在同病区住院的同病种患者36例设为试验组,实施标准化健康教育服务。干预4周后,对比两组疾病知识知晓度、生活方式水平、满意度和健康教育合格率。结果:干预后试验组疾病知识知晓度评分、生活方式评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组健康教育满意度评分高于对照组,健康教育合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化健康教育模式可提高患者的知晓度,帮助患者建立健康的生活方式,标准的健康教育活动能提升患者的满意并提高健康教育质量水平。Objective:To explore the influence of providing standardized health education services for patients with chronic diseases in special needs areas on patients’mastery of disease knowledge and establishment of a healthy lifestyle,and to evaluate satisfaction and health education pass rate.Method:The historical control research method was used,36 patients with chronic diseases hospitalized in the special ward of the author’s hospital from September 1 to December 31,2019 were set as the control group and given traditional health education,36 patients with the same disease who were hospitalized in the same ward from January 1 to April 30,2020 were set as the experimental group,and given standardized health education services.After 4 weeks of intervention,the disease knowledge,lifestyle level,satisfaction and health education pass rate were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the disease knowledge awareness score,life style score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction score of health education and the pass rate of health education in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized health education model can improve the awareness of patients,help patients to establish a healthy lifestyle,standard health education activities can improve patient satisfaction and improve the quality of health education level.
