锁骨骨折行经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗的方法及效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁骨骨折行经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗的方法及临床疗效。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2019年10月收治的锁骨骨折患者70例,随机分为两组,对照组行骨折切开复位锁定钢板术治疗,研究组行经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗,对比两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后3个月肩关节Constant评分、并发症发生率。结果:研究组术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的手术时间与骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月肩关节Constant评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术式是锁骨骨折治疗中的常见术式,该术式具有手术效率高、出血少、术后恢复好等优点,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the method and clinical effect of transdermal minimally invasive locking plate fixation for clavicle fracture.Method:Seventy patients with clavicle fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group underwent fracture incision and reduction and locking plate surgery.The study group underwent percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate fixation.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,fracture healing time,shoulder score,and complication rate at 3 months after surgery were compared.Result:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and fracture healing time of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the contrast between the groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The constant score of the shoulder joint in the study group at 3 months after operation was higher than that in the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the incidence of complications,the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation is a common technique in the treatment of clavicle fractures.This technique has the advantages of high surgical efficiency,less bleeding,and good postoperative recovery.It is worth popularizing and applying.
