摘　　要：目的:探讨前臂游离皮瓣修复舌癌根治术后应用系统性创面护理干预的价值。方法:选择2018年4月-2019年6月于本院治疗的72例舌癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各36例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用常规护理联合系统性创面护理。观察和比较两组患者的吞咽功能、语言功能恢复效果及患者自护评分。结果:研究组经系统性创面护理后吞咽功能评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组经系统性创面护理后语言功能评分和自护能力评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对舌癌患者前臂游离皮瓣修复舌癌根治术后实施系统性创面护理干预,不仅能促进患者吞咽功能及语言功能的恢复,还可有效提高患者自护能力。Objective:To explore the value of systemic wound nursing intervention in the application of forearm free flap in the treatment of tongue cancer after radical operation.Method:A total of 72 patients with tongue cancer who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The patients of the reference group were taken routine nursing,and the patients of the research group were taken routine nursing combined with systemic wound nursing.The swallowing function,language function recovery effect and self-care score of the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The score of swallowing function in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of language function and self-care ability in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systemic wound nursing intervention for patients with tongue cancer after radical operation with forearm free flap can not only promote the recovery of swallowing function and language function,but also effectively improve the self-care ability of patients.
