摘 要:目的:探讨抗结核感染免疫疗法在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院诊治的510例肺结核患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(n=255)和研究组(n=255)。对照组采取常规抗结核治疗,研究组在常规抗结核治疗基础上应用抗结核感染免疫疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后免疫功能、炎症因子指标水平及痰抗酸杆菌转阴率。结果:研究组治疗后痰抗酸杆菌转阴率为90.59%,高于对照组的83.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.203,P=0.013)。治疗后,研究组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.898、7.763,P=0.000)。研究组IgG水平高于对照组,IgE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.358、7.423,P=0.000)。研究组治疗有效率为89.41%,高于对照组的81.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.894,P=0.009)。结论:抗结核感染免疫疗法在肺结核患者中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者炎症因子水平及免疫功能,可借鉴。Objective:To investigate the effect of anti-tuberculosis infection immunotherapy in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Method:A total of 510 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=255)and the study group(n=255)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with routine anti-tuberculosis treatment,and the study group was treated with anti-tuberculosis infection immunotherapy on the basis of routine anti-tuberculosis treatment.The treatment effect,immune function,inflammatory factors index levels before and after treatment,and negative rate of sputum acid-fast bacilli were compared between the two groups.Result:The negative rate of sputum acid-fast bacilli in the study group after treatment was 90.59%,which was higher than 83.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.203,P=0.013).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.898,7.763,P=0.000).The IgG level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while IgE level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=19.358,7.423,P=0.000).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 89.41%,which was higher than 81.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.894,P=0.009).Conclusion:The application effect of anti-tuberculosis infection immunotherapy in pulmonary tuberculosis patients is definite,and it can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and immune function of patients,which can be used for reference.
