肛周脓肿切开排脓术加仙方活命饮加减治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究肛周脓肿切开排脓术加仙方活命饮加减治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年3月-2018年3月接诊的肛周脓肿患儿86例作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组43例。两组患儿均行肛周脓肿切开引流术,对照组术后给予高锰酸钾片便后温水稀释坐浴;治疗组术后给予仙方活命饮加减温药汤便后坐浴。比较两组临床疗效、切口愈合时间及复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均随访1年,对照组复发率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛周脓肿切开排脓术加仙方活命饮加减治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿效果显著,可有效促进切口愈合,降低复发率。Objective:To study the effect of perianal abscess incision and drainage and modified Xianfang Huomingyin Decoction on perianal abscess in infants.Method:A total of 86 infants with perianal abscess treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group.Perianal abscess incision and drainage were performed in both groups.After operation,the control group was given Potassium Permanganate Tablets and then diluted with warm water for sitz bath.After operation,the treatment group was given modified Xianfang Huomingyin Decoction warm medicine decoction for sitz bath.The clinical efficacy,incision healing time and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups were followed up for 1 year,the recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perianal abscess incision and drainage and modified Xianfang Huomingyin Decoction in the treatment of infant perianal abscess have remarkable effect,which can effectively promote the incision healing and reduce the recurrence rate.
