摘　　要：为了满足柔性化生产的要求,机器视觉被广泛应用在激光焊接中。文章通过机器视觉系统在汽车制造业激光焊接中的应用实例,介绍了视觉激光焊接系统的组成,并重点分析了视觉技术的应用,如标定、焊前检测、焊缝轨迹控制及焊后质量检测等。Machine vision system is widely used in the laser welding engineering in order to meet the flexibility requirement.In the paper,laser welding engineering with the visual system are introduced which based on the visual application in the automotive manufacturing industry,such as the calibration,before welding inspection,weld trajectory control and after welding qualify inspection of vision application system.
