摘 要:目前,我国所有大型民航机场工程竣工决算时间均超过财政部规定的六个月期限。迟迟不能完成工程竣工决算,将对财产核算、完工评估、工程项目审计等诸多方面产生巨大影响。近年来,各地机场在规范工程管理,信息化建设等方面做出了很多努力,但是从效果来看,问题依然没有得到很好的解决。本文引入竣工决算日常化的概念,提出基于PMIS技术的大型机场工程竣工决算信息化模式的构建途径,探索大型机场工程竣工决算的新方法。希望今后能将这样的方法应用到实际的工程项目竣工决算过程中,并得到有效检验。At present, the final accounting time for the completion of all large civil aviation airport projects in China has exceeded the six-month deadline stipulated by the ministry of finance. Delayed completion of final accounts of project completion, will have a huge impact on property accounting, completion evaluation, project audit and many other aspects. In recent years, many efforts have been made to standardize the engineering management and information construction in various airports, but the problems still haven’t been well solved in terms of results. This paper introduces the concept of daily completion final accounts, puts forward the construction way of the final accounts information mode of large airport project based on PMIS technology, and explores a new method of final accounts of large airport project. It is hoped that this method can be applied to the actual project completion final accounting process and be verified effectively.
