摘　　要：当今民航快速发展,对管制员能力的要求正在不断提升,但现行管制员的培养方法有很多不足。结合我国管制员培养情况,运用调查问卷、分组确定权重,最终得到胜任力要素排序,得出管制员的胜任力模型。在管制员胜任力模型的基础上,制定针对每个胜任要素所需培训方法,提出基于胜任力模型的管制员培养方法优化建议。With the rapid development of civil aviation, the requirements for the ability of controllers are increasing, but there are many deficiencies in the current training methods of controllers. Combined with the training situation of controllers in our country, the weight is determined by questionnaire and grouping. In the end, we get the ranking of competency factors and the competency model of controllers. On the basis of the controller competency model, this paper formulates the training method for each competency factor, and puts forward the optimization suggestion of the controller training method based on the competency model.
