摘 要:本文依托四川省高速公路运输量统计分析工作,在四川省高速公路收费站、服务区进行了客、货车运输情况抽样调查,并运用公路运输统计学方法对2018年度全省高速公路联网交通量大数据进行了数据挖掘,分析了高速公路的通道运输功能,并与铁路、水路运输进行量横向比较。2018年,四川省高速公路完成客运量20.01亿人次,货运量5.88亿吨;旅客周转量1185.18亿人千米,货物周转量877.69亿吨千米。与铁路相比,高速公路承担了绝大部分的省内运输,客运量是铁路的10.68倍、货运量是铁路的3.40倍,从运输货物的价值看,高速公路每吨货物价值在1.10万元左右,约为铁路运输货物的4.01倍;与水路相比,高速公路完成的货物运输量是水路的6.77倍,周转量是水路的4.78倍,旅客运输量和周转量方面,更远高于水路。综合各方面数据对比,结果表明高速公路、铁路和水路共同构成了四川省综合运输体系中的动脉运输通道,而高速公路运输通道占主体功能地位。Based on the statistical analysis of expressway traffic volume in Sichuan Province, this paper carries out a sample survey of passenger and truck transportation at expressway toll stations and service areas in Sichuan Province, and uses road transport statistical methods to carry out large-scale expressway traffic data for the entire province in 2018. Then, horizontal comparisons are made with the railway and waterway transportation. In 2018, Sichuan Expressway completed a total of 20.01 million passengers and 588 million tons of cargo;passenger turnover is 118.518 billion passenger-kilometers and cargo turnover is 87.769 billion ton-kilometers. Compared with railways, the expressway bears most of the intra-provincial transport, the passenger traffic is 10.68 times that of the railway, and the freight volume is 3.40 times that of the railway. From the value of the transported goods, the value of the expressway is RMB 11,000 per ton. About, about 4.01 times the railway;Compared with the waterway, the freight volume of goods completed by the expressway is 6.77 times that of the waterway, the turnover volume is 4.78 times that of the waterway, and passenger traffic and turnover are far higher than the waterway. Comparing data from various aspects, expressway, railway, and waterway together constitute the arterial transportation channel in Sichuan’s comprehensive transportation system, and expressway transportation channels occupy the main functional status.
