摘　　要：山东农业大学胡昌浩教授是著名玉米栽培学家,是中国玉米栽培生理的奠基人之一,他在玉米叶龄模式、有机营养和无机营养的关系、叶片结构与功能的关系研究等方面作出突出贡献,被同行公认为"第一人"。他的研究经验充分体现了合作才能共赢的科学理念。他与助手、同事、妻子、学生合作,不同学科的交叉融合开启了全新的玉米栽培研究领域,推动了学科的跨越发展。Professor Hu Chang-hao of Shandong Agricultural University is a famous expert and one of the founders of maize cultivation physiology in China.He has made great contributions to maize leaf age model,the relationship between organic and inorganic nutrition,the relationship of maize leaf structure and function,hence,he is recognized as the"first person"by his peers.His research experience fully embodies the idea of win-win cooperation.His collaborations with assistants,colleagues,his wife,and students.The cross-fusion of different disciplines opens up a new field of maize cultivation physiology,and promotes the striding development of the maize cultivation physiology.
