摘  要:采用摩擦搅拌焊对QBe2铍铜2.5mm铍铜带材进行对焊处理,对焊接后的板材按照0.8mmCY态生产工艺进行加工。对轧制和热处理后带材的HV、抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率、金相进行检测分析。结果表明,采用摩擦搅拌焊可以得到满足性能良好铍铜板带材加工的铍铜焊缝。摩擦搅拌焊后QBe2板材经50%加工率冷轧后性能趋于一致,再经一次固溶热处理后其组织也趋于一致。此时再进行后续(冷轧/热处理)加工直至成品除焊缝处存在明显色差外再无其他区别。Friction stir welding was used to butt weld QBe2 beryllium copper 2.5mm beryllium copper strip,and the welded plate was processed according to 0.8mm CY production process.The HV,tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and metallography of the strip after rolling and heat treatment were tested and analyzed.The results show that the beryllium copper weld with good properties can be obtained by friction stir welding.After friction stir welding,the properties of QBe2 plate after 50%cold rolling rate tend to be the same,and the microstructure of QBe2 plate after solution heat treatment is also similar.At this time,the subsequent processing(cold rolling/heat treatment)shall be carried out until the finished product has no other difference except the obvious color difference at the weld.
