摘　　要：基于小儿心肝常有余、肺脾肾常不足的体质特点,将小儿遗尿症病性归为虚实两端,阐述了本病的中医病因病机,从四气、五味、归经等方面分析了桑螵蛸散治疗小儿遗尿症的组方配伍特点。It is the characteristic of children constitution that the heart and the liver is often in superabundance,while the lung,the spleen and the kidney is often insufficient.Based on the characteristic,the study classified the nature of childhood enuresis to deficiency and excess,describing its etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine,and analyzing the features of prescription and combination of Sangpiaoxiao powder in the treatment of childhood enuresis from the perspectives of four qi,five flavors and meridian entry.
