迈之灵片联合西药治疗下肢烧伤临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察迈之灵片联合西药治疗下肢烧伤的临床疗效。方法:选取82例下肢烧伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组患者清洗创面后涂抹聚维酮碘软膏,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服迈之灵片,2组均治疗4周。治疗后,比较2组患侧下肢水肿程度、患肢疼痛积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组患侧下肢水肿程度均减轻,观察组患侧下肢水肿程度小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患肢视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),观察组患肢VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为97.56%,对照组总有效率为78.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:迈之灵片联合西药治疗下肢烧伤,可有效减轻患肢水肿,改善患肢疼痛。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Maizhiling tablets combined with western medicine for lower extremity burns.Methods:A total of 82 patients with lower extremity burns were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was applied povidone iodine ointment after cleaning the wound surface,and the observation group was additionally given Maizhiling tablets based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.After treatment,the degree of lower limb edema,the scores of pain of the affected limb,and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the degree of lower limb edema in both groups was reduced,and the degree in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of pain of the affected limb in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 97.56% in the observation group and 78.05% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of Maizhiling tablets combined with western medicine can effectively relieve the edema of the affected limb,and lessen the pain of the affected limb.
