益心舒片联合炙甘草汤与西药治疗频发性室性早搏临床研究  

Clinical Study on Yixinshu Tablets Combined with Zhigancao Tang and Western Medicine for Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions

摘　　要：目的:观察在常规西药与炙甘草汤联合用药的基础上加用益心舒片治疗频发性室性早搏的临床效果。方法:将96例气阴两虚型频发性室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,2组均在西药治疗的基础上加用炙甘草汤,治疗组联合益心舒片治疗,2组疗程均为5周。比较2组患者的临床疗效、室性早搏发作次数的改善情况、不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率97.92%,对照组总有效率79.17%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组24 h动态心电图室性早搏发作次数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05)。治疗组室性早搏发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后早搏次数的差值高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在常规西药与炙甘草汤联合用药的基础上加用益心舒片治疗频发性室性早搏,能够有效地改善心悸、胸闷、气短等临床症状,同时能够明显减少早搏次数,效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yixinshu tablets based on conventional treatment of western medicine and Zhigancao tang on frequent premature ventricular contractions.Methods:A total of 96 patients with frequent premature ventricular contractions in type of deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,48 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with western medicine and Zhigancao tang,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Yixinshu tablets.The treatment course of both groups was five weeks.The clinical effect,the improvement of frequency of premature ventricular contractions and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.92%in the treatment group and 79.17%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).The frequency of premature ventricular contractions in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in both groups was respectively decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The frequency of premature ventricular contractions in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference value of the frequency of premature ventricular contractions before and after treatment was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Based on the conventional treatment of western medicine and Zhigancao tan,the additional application of Yixinshu tablets for frequent premature ventricular contractions,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,such as palpitations,chest distress,shortness of breath,and significantly reduce the frequency of premature ventricular contractions.
