中医护理对胃肠道手术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中医护理对胃肠道手术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:将接受胃肠道手术的患者98例按照手术日期单日、双日的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组术后采用常规护理进行干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医综合护理进行干预。观察比较2组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间,评价2组患者护理满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间、首次排气时间及术后首次排便时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意率观察组为91.84%,对照组为65.31%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理方法干预胃肠道手术患者,可加速术后胃肠功能恢复,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing on recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the even-numbered or odd-numbered surgery dates,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing based on the intervention of the control group.The recovery time of bowel sound and the time of starting to eat,the first anal exhaust and defecation in the two groups were observed and compared,and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sound and the time ofstarting to eat,the first anal exhaust and defecation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate was 91.84%in the observation group and 65.31%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing for patients after gastrointestinal surgery can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve nursing satisfaction.
