养阴清胃汤治疗口腔溃疡阴虚胃热型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养阴清胃汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡阴虚胃热型的临床疗效。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组予以养阴清胃汤治疗,对照组予以醋酸地塞米松粘贴片治疗。观察两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、疼痛评分以及溃疡愈合时间、半年复发率。结果:中医证候疗效总有效率观察组93.33%,对照组83.33%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组疼痛评分比对照组低(P<0.05),溃疡愈合时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。随访6个月复发率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清胃汤治疗复发型口腔溃疡阴虚胃热型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingwei Decoction in treating recurrent oral ulcers of Yin deficiency and stomach heat type.Method:According to the random number table,60 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Yangyin Qingwei Decoction while the control group were treated with dexamethasone acetate paste tablets.The scores of TCM syndromes,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,pain scores,ulcer healing time,and half-year recurrence rate of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 93.33%in the observation group while that was 83.33%in the control group.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ulcer healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangyin Qingwei Decoction is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcers of Yin deficiency and stomach heat type.
