良性前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术后应用热奄包外敷临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察良性前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后用热奄包外敷的效果。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,观察组术后用热奄包外敷,对照组术后口服西药。结果:观察组和对照组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TURP术后用热奄包外敷可缓解下尿路症状。Objective:To observe the effect of external application of hot com press package on benign pros tatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Method:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with hot compress package by external application after operation while the control group were treated with western medicine by oral administration after operation.Result:There was no significant difference in curative effect between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of hot compress package after TURP could relieve lower urinary tract symptoms.
