肛周脓肿术后紫草油纱条联合康复新液创面换药效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛周脓肿术后应用紫草油纱条联合康复新液的效果。方法:96例随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。两组均用相同的术后抗感染及支持治疗。观察组加用紫草油纱条联合康复新液换药,对照组单用紫草油纱条换药。结果:观察组肛周创面疼痛VAS评分、创面分泌物评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后第7、14、21天肉芽生长积分及创面愈合率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油纱条联合康复新液可减轻肛周脓肿术后创面疼痛程度,减少伤口分泌物渗出,促进肉芽生长,缩短创面愈合时间。Objective:To observe the effect of applying Lithospermum oil gauze strips combined with Kangfuxin Liquid after perianal abscess opertation.Method:96 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups used the same postoperative anti-infection and supportive treatment.The observation group were treated with Lithospermum oil gauze strips combined with Kangfuxin liquid for dressing in addition while the control group were only used Lithospermum oil gauze strips for dressing.Result:The anus wound pain VAS score and wound secretion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The granulation growth score and wound healing rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group on the 7th,14th,and 21th days after surgery(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lithospermum oil gauze strips combined with Kangfuxin Liquid could reduce the pain of the wound after perianal abscess operation,reduce the exudation of wound secretions,promote the growth of granulation and shorten the wound healing time.
