摘 要:全棉籽作为奶牛优良的精料原料,具有高能高蛋白的天然优势,但难以消化的棉籽壳、不易清除的抗营养因子与不平衡的氨基酸组成等物理化学性质限制了全棉籽的推广应用。本文对全棉籽的营养特性与饲喂价值、全棉籽利用方面的制约因素、现有的加工方法及全棉籽加工的挑战与机遇做一综述,以期对综合优化全棉籽的饲用性能提供参考。There are natural advantages in high energy and protein of whole cottonseeds(WCS) as a kind of feed ingredients for dairy cattle. However, the physicochemical properties of WCS such as cottonseed hull with poor digestibility, antinutritional factors and unbalanced amino acid composition, etc. still limit its extensive application in dairy farming. This review provides an overview about WCS’s nutritive value, limiting factors as dairy feeding ingredient, current processing techniques and challenges and opportunities we still face so as to give a reference to feed processing industry and provide some ideas about exerting feeding potentials and optimize feeding performance of WCS.
