母猪骨密度特征鉴定及品种、胎次对骨密度的影响研究

摘　　要：为探究母猪肢蹄骨密度特征以及品种和胎次对骨密度的影响,本研究对广西某规模化种猪场1~8胎次的1 006头纯种丹系母猪进行骨密度特征鉴定及统计分析,测定群体包括杜洛克母猪107头、长白母猪294头、大白母猪605头,通过种猪肢蹄骨密度特征鉴定,研究品种和胎次与母猪骨密度的关系。结果表明:杜洛克母猪群体中骨质偏少和骨质疏松所占比例最大,杜洛克母猪的骨密度值极显著低于大白母猪和长白母猪,长白母猪与大白母猪的骨密度差异不显著;母猪骨密度与其胎次呈一定的正相关关系,其可决系数R^2为0.902 9。这意味着品种和胎次对母猪骨密度均存在影响,规模化猪场可根据品种和胎次进行母猪肢蹄疾病的防护管理,降低母猪因肢蹄问题而淘汰的发生概率。The study aimed to prevent the occurrence of sow’s foot and limb disease in large-scale pig farms, the BMD characteristics of sows and the effects of varieties and parity on BMD were investigated. In this study, BMD feature identification and statistical analysis were performed on 1 006 Danish purebred sows, which from 1~8 parity in a largescale pig farm in the province of Guangxi, including 107 Duroc sows, 294 landrace sows, and 605 large white sows, through BMD feature identification, we study the relationship between breed, parity and BMD of sows. The results showed that the proportion of osteoporosis and osteoporosis was the highest in Duroc sows and the BMD of Duroc sows were significantly lower than large white sows and landrace sows,no significant difference in BMD between the large white sows and landrace sows. Sow’s BMD was positively correlated with parity, and the coefficient of determination R^2 were 0.9029. It indicated that the breed and parity have effect on the BMD of the sow, the large-scale pig farm can protect the sow’s foot and limb disease according to the breed and parity, so as to to reduce the elimination rate of sows due to foot and limb problems.
