摘 要:试验旨在研究半胱胺(CS)和稀土(RE)组合添加对奶牛瘤胃微生物蛋白产量、养分消化率和血液生化指标的影响。选取80头2~3胎、体重(650±30)kg、产奶量(24.27±0.81)kg、泌乳(90±20)d的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为10组。对照组(C)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(LL、ML、HL、LM、MM、HM、LH、MH、HH)添加不同水平组合的CS和RE。CS分别添加13(L)、15(M)、17(H)g/(d·头);RE分别添加20.5(L)、23(M)、25.5(H)g/(d·头)。预试期15 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:瘤胃微生物蛋白产量均极显著或显著高于对照组,HM组较C组提高幅度最大,提高了34.49%(P<0.01);各试验组干物质消化率均极显著高于对照组;各试验组(除LL组)中性洗涤纤维消化率极显著高于对照组;HM组血清白蛋白含量极显著高于对照组,ML、HL、LM、LH组显著高于对照组;各试验组血清尿素氮含量较对照组均极显著降低。本试验条件下,以HM组,即17 g/(d·头)CS和23 g/(d·头)RE组合最佳。The purpose of the experiment was to research the effect of different addition levels of cysteamine(CS) and rare earth(RE) on rumen microbial protein yield, nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical parameter. Eighty cows with 2~3 parity, similar body weight(650±30) kg, milk yield(24.27±0.81) kg, lactation period(90±20) d were divided into 10 groups. The test was divided into 9 test groups of LL, LM, LH, ML, MM, MH, HL, HM, HH, the addition level of CS is 13(L), 15(M), 17(H) g/(d·head);the addition level of RE is 20.5(L), 23(M), 25.5(H) g/(d·head). The pre-feeding period was 15 days, the formal experiment period was 60 days. Results showed that microbial protein production of each experimental groups was significantly higher than that of group C, HM group was the most increased(34.49%) than C group(P<0.01);DM in each test group was significantly higher than that in group C;ADF digestibility of each experimental group(except LL group) was significantly higher than that of group C;the content of serum albumin in HM group was significantly higher than that in C group, and that in ML, HL, LM, LH group was higher than that in C group;the content of serum urea nitrogen in each group was significantly lower than that in group C. Under this test condition, the best combination was HM group 17 g/(d·head)CS and 23 g/(d·head)RE.
