摘 要:采用离子色谱法建立了生鲜乳中碘离子、硫氰酸根离子同时定量分析的方法。样品经乙腈沉淀蛋白,OnGuard RP小柱净化,采用IonPac AS-16型色谱柱为分析柱,KOH溶液梯度淋洗,电导检测器检测生鲜乳中碘离子和硫氰酸根离子。结果表明,碘离子和硫氰酸根离子在0.01-1.00mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,检出限分别为0.20mg/kg和0.16mg/kg,回收率、重复性良好。说明该方法可用于生鲜乳中碘离子和硫氰酸根离子的含量检测。In this study, a quantitative analysis method of the concentration of iodide ion and thiocyanate ion in raw milk was established by IC. Acetonitrile was applied for protein precipitation of samples and OnGuard RP column method was applied for further purification. Having IonPac AS^- 16 column as the analysis column, gradient elution by KOH solution, the I^- and SCN^- were simultaneously detected by a conductivity detector. Results and conclusions were drawn an follows: I^- and SCN^- had good linearity within limit of 0.01 to 1.00 mg/kg, the correlative coefficient was over 0.999. The LOQ of I^- and SCN^- were approximately 0.20 mg/kg and 0.16 mg/kg, the specificity and the linear relationship were well. The method can be used to detect the content of iodine ion and thiocyanate ion in fresh milk.
