摘　　要：为了解黑龙江省规模化牧场奶牛副结核病的流行现状,本研究于2018-2019年在该省不同地区9个规模化牛场共采集血样15 035份,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)方法检测奶牛副结核抗体。结果显示,9个牛场均检出血清阳性牛,副结核阳性场感染率100%,2018年样品平均阳性率4.74%,2019年样品平均阳性率4.31%。In this study, totally 15035 serum samples were randomly collected from 9 large scale cow farms from Heilongjiang province during 2018-2019.The antibody level of paratuberculosis were detected by using ELISA method. The results showed that serum positive cattle were detected in all 9 farms, the positive rate of infection was 100%, the average positive rate was 4.74% in 2018 and 4.31% in 2019.
