摘 要:地下排水管道修复更新分为开槽修复更新和非开挖修复更新两种技术,开槽修复更新技术为传统技术,技术成熟,工程成本低,但施工工期长、干扰交通、污染环境。非开挖修复更新技术属于新技术,技术先进,工程成本高,但工期短,对交通和环境影响极小。本文从专业造价人员角度系统地计算地下排水管道开槽修复更新和非开挖修复更新两种技术的工程造价指标,详细对比分析两种修复更新技术的工程造价。The repair and renewal of underground drainage pipeline can be divided into two technologies:slotting repair and renewal technology and trenchless repair and renewal technology.Slotting repair and renewal technology is traditional and mature and has low engineering cost.However,the construction period is long,which interferes with traffic and pollutes the environment.The trenchless repair and renewal technology is new and advanced and has high engineering cost,but it has a short construction period and little impact on traffic and environment.From the perspective of professional cost personnel,this paper systematically calculates the engineering cost indexes of two technologies,i.e.slotting repair and renewal technology and trenchless repair and renewal technology of underground drainage pipes,and analyzes the engineering cost of two technologies in detail.
