摘  要:针对传统地垄式生长草莓采摘效率低、人工采摘劳动强度大等问题,提出了一种由两组双曲柄创新设计而成的末端采摘机构,并研制了一种地垄式单驱多果草莓人工辅助采摘装置。介绍了这种采摘装置的结构组成、工作原理,分析了末端采摘机构的工作范围与垄地坡度的联系。利用加工出的样机进行采摘试验,结果表明该装置满足地垄式草莓采摘的作业要求,能在一个工作周期内采摘多个草莓且通过调节机架杆角度来适用于不同垄地环境,可有效提高草莓采摘效率。Since the traditional strawberry picking of ridge cultivation has such advantages as low efficiency and high labor intensity, in this article, both an innovative end-picking mechanism characterized with two sets of double crank and an artificial-assisted single-drive device for picking multi-fruit strawberry of ridge cultivation are worked out. The analysis is conducted on the picking device’s structure and working principle as well as the relationship between its working range and the ridge slope. The model machine is adopted for the picking test, and the results indicate that this device meets the operational requirements of ridge-cultivation strawberry picking. Multiple strawberries are picked in one working cycle, and the angel of the rack rod can be adjusted, in order to adapt different ridge conditions, which ensures the higher efficiency of strawberry picking.
