摘  要:目前市场上的豆浆机磨盘材料通常为花岗岩,但花岗岩材料作为豆浆机磨盘存在磨粒易脱落、不易清洗等缺点。针对这些缺点,文中提出采用陶瓷材料作为豆浆机磨盘并对陶瓷磨盘的结构参数进行了深入的分析与研究。首先建立了计算流体动力学(CFD)流固耦合模型并对陶瓷磨盘工作过程进行数值模拟,通过正交试验法对磨腔内速度场分布、湍动能分布及磨盘所受应力分布3个方面进行综合平衡分析,确定主要磨盘结构参数,实现出浆细腻、磨浆均匀及高效率的目标。Currently,the grinding disc of soybean-milk machines is usually made of granite,but these machines have some shortcomings. For example,abrasive grains are easy to fall off and difficult to clean. In order to address these shortcomings,in this article,the grinding disc of soybean-milk machines is made ofceramic materials,and the comprehensive analysis is conducted on the structural parameters of the grinding disc. Firstly,the CFD fluid-solid coupling model is set up to simulate the working process of the grinding disc. The orthogonal experimental method is adopted to carry out the synthesis-balance analysis in terms of velocity-field distribution,turbulent kinetic-energy distribution and stress distribution of the grinding disc,and the main structural parameters are identified for the purpose of fine particles,uniform pulping and high efficiency.
