摘 要:针对目前包络环面蜗杆齿面磨削加工中存在的专用机床昂贵、操作繁琐复杂、加工效率低精度低等不足,提出一种基于通用机床的齿面以车代磨加工方法。应用微分几何和齿轮啮合原理,建立各种包络环面蜗杆齿面的统一数学模型。分析包络环面蜗杆齿面以车代磨的实现原理,研究NC程序的编制方案及齿厚控制、出入口修缘量、刀具宽度选取及精度控制等关键技术问题。以尼龙TI蜗杆为例,车削出蜗杆齿面,通过配对检测得出接触斑点与理论相符,表明加工方法正确可行。研究工作为实现硬齿面包络环面蜗杆齿面以车代磨奠定理论基础和初步试验探索。Since the special machining tools used in the grinding of enveloping hourglass worm tooth surfaces suffer such shortcomings as high cost,complicated operation,poor efficiency and low precision,in this article a new method is proposed based on the general machining tool,which replaces grinding with turning. Based on both the differential geometry and the gearmeshing principle,a unified mathematical model of various enveloping hourglass worm tooth surfaces is worked out. The principle of how to replace grinding with turning is explored;the analysis is conducted on the key technical problems,such as the NC-program preparation scheme,the tooth-thickness control,the entrance-and-exit trimming amount,the selection of tool width,and the precision control. With the nylon TI worm as an example,the worm tooth surface is turned,and the contact test proves that the contact spot is consistent with the theoretical results,which indicates that this machining method is correct and feasible. The research lays a theoretical foundation for enveloping hourglass worm hard-tooth surfaces with turning instead of grinding;besides,based on this,a series of preliminary experiment have been conducted.
