摘 要:针对信号与控制专业继电器实验设备投入高、考核学生掌握信号点灯电路情况难的问题,按照站场联锁与区间信号执行逻辑,应用MCU控制器、LED灯、触摸屏、通用小型继电器仿真信号点灯电路等,开发了一套进出站、通过、调车信号机电路逻辑控制的实验箱.通过手动接线进行电路试验,考核学生对点灯继电器组合逻辑的掌握程度.实验箱融合了业务逻辑检查、设备响应时间监测和自动对比试验结果等功能,能够细化教学任务、丰富专业课堂、实现信号教学智慧化.To deal with the problem of high investment of relay experimental equipment in signal and control specialty and the difficulties in checking students'mastery of signal lighting circuit,an experimental box for simulating logic control of the home,starting,through and shunting signal circuit was developed according to execution logics of the station interlocking and section signaling,which adopted MCU controller.LED light,touch screen and general-purpose small relay and so on.By manually connecting the wires in a circuit experiment,the students"mastery of combination logics of the lighting relays can be examined.The experiment box integrates the functions of logic checking.equipment response time monitoring and automatic comparison of experimental results,helping refine teaching tasks,enrich professional classes,and realize intelligent teaching.
