摘　　要：环氧沥青混凝土是一种超级沥青路面材料,由A、B两种组分反应而成,为保证环氧沥青混凝土在A、B组分反应胶凝前完成施工,对施工时间和温度控制要求极其严格。结合沪通长江大桥天生港专用航道桥钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装施工情况,研究在大桥引桥尚未开通条件下,利用升降机提升保证环氧沥青混凝土铺装施工质量的关键控制要点。从环氧材料配方优化、施工工艺控制等方面提出针对性措施,保证铺装最终质量,可为其他项目提供借鉴。Epoxy asphalt concrete is a kind of super asphalt pavement material,which is produced by reaction of components A and B.The requirements on construction time and temperature control are extremely strict to ensure that construction of epoxy asphalt concrete is completed before gelatinization in reaction process of components A and B.Based on the paving construction of epoxy asphalt onto the steel deck of the bridge across the special purpose channel in the Tiansheng Port of Shanghai-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge,this paper studies the key control points in guaranteeing paving construction quality of epoxy asphalt by means of a lift for material hoisting before the bridge approach is put into operation.This paper puts forward targeted measures from formula improvement of epoxy materials and construction process control,to ensure the final paving quality,providing a reference for other projects.
