摘 要:对潘集选煤厂粗精煤泥回收系统进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明:两段串联的粗精煤泥弧形筛的粗粒物综合正配效率为85.46%,细粒物综合正配效率为89.17%,综合筛分效率为74.63%;筛上粗精煤泥采用煤泥离心脱水机脱水后生产出灰分仅为8.83%、水分仅为11.49%的高质量粗精煤泥。We made the industrial test of coarse coal slime recovery system at Panji Coal Preparation Plant and its result shows:the comprehensive distribution efficiency of coarse particles of the arc screen of two series is 85.46%,the comprehensive distribution efficiency of fine grained material is 89.17%and comprehensive screening efficiency is 74.63%;the ash produced after coarse and refined slime is dehydrated by coal slurry centrifugal dehydrator is only 8.83%and the water content is 11.49%for coarse and refined slime with high quality.
