摘  要:晋煤集团天溪公司航天炉全烧高硫、高灰分、高灰熔点(“三高”)劣质无烟煤研究项目依托晋煤集团启动的天溪公司造气工艺技术改造项目,用两台φ3.2 m的航天炉替代天溪公司原有的7台灰熔聚流化床气化炉;同时,对变换系统、低温甲醇洗系统、空分系统及公用工程进行相应的配套改造;改造后,系统达到设计产能,航天炉系统已实现长周期稳定运行;通过自主实施航天炉系统全烧“三高”劣质无烟煤的针对性改造40余项,进一步提高了装置产能,延长了气化炉的运行周期,降低了装置消耗,实现了“三高”劣质无烟煤的洁净化利用。Research project of fully using "tri-high" low quality anthracite coal in HT-L gasifier of Tianxi company of JAMG relies on gasification Process technological transformation project.In the project,two φ3.2 m HT-L gasifiers are used to replace seven the ash-agglomerated fluidized bed gasifiers.At the same time,the corresponding optimization and transformation of the shift system,the rectisol system,the air separation system and the public project are implemented.After the transformation,the system has reached the design capacity and HT-L gasifier system has achieved long period stable operation.More than 40 targeted transformation have been carried out to fully burn "tri-high" low quality anthracite coal in HT-L gasifier.Then the capacity of manufacturing unit is enhanced.The operation cycle of gasifier is extended.The consumption is decreased. "Tri-high" low quality anthracite coal has been utilized cleanly.
