三甲医院手术室护士术中腹腔灌注化疗的认知情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解三甲医院手术室护士对术中化疗药物基本知识、术中化疗防护的认知情况,为术中化疗防护、规范使用化疗药物及术中化疗药物管理工作提供参考。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用便利抽样法,于2018年1月对成都市3所三甲医院,共100名手术室护士,进行术中腹腔灌注化疗相关知识认知、化疗药物的安全使用以及相关知识需求情况进行调查。研究数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果发放问卷100份,回收有效问卷100份,有效回收率为100%。三甲医院手术室护士对术中腹腔灌注化疗防护认知中仅有68%手术室护士完全知道正确佩戴口罩的方法;而其他防护相关知识完全知道情况均低于50%,甚至低达4%;超过99%被调查人员肯定了各项术中化疗相关知识的必要性;调查显示了手术室护士对化疗相关知识获取途径单一且不规范的现状。结论调查对象对术中腹腔灌注化疗防护认知情况欠佳,需建立相关的知识体系,并为护士进行统一规范化培训。Objective To understand the basic knowledge of intraoperative chemotherapy drugs and intraoperative chemotherapy protection among nurses in the top three hospitals,and to provide reference for intraoperative chemotherapy protection,standardized use of chemotherapy drugs and intraoperative chemotherapy drug management.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted,and a convenience sampling method was used to perform intraoperative intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy related knowledge recognition,safe use of chemotherapy drugs,and related knowledge in January 2018 in three top three hospitals in Chengdu,with a total of 100 operating room nurses.The research data was analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software.Results 100 questionnaires were distributed and 100 valid questionnaires were recovered.The effective recovery rate was 100%.Among the nurses in the operating room of the top three hospitals,who knew about the protection of intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy,Only 68%of the nurses in the operating room fully knew how to wear the mask correctly;while other protection-related knowledge fully knew that the situation was less than 50%,and even as low as 4%;99%of the surveyed personnel affirmed the necessity of various intraoperative chemotherapy-related knowledge;the survey showed that the operating room nurses had a single and irregular way to obtain chemotherapy-related knowledge.Conclusion The survey subjects have poor cognition of intraoperative intraperitoneal infusion chemotherapy protection.It is necessary to establish a relevant knowledge system and provide unified and standardized training for nurses.
